What qualities make you a good fit for the Helper role?
I am patient, approachable, and dedicated. I consistently go out of my way to help anyone struggling to navigate the server or its features.
How would you assist new players and members of the community?
  • For New Players: I guide them to read the server rules thoroughly and walk them through basic commands to help them get started smoothly.
  • For Existing Members: I serve as a reliable point of contact to answer questions regarding server mechanics, rules, and updates.
How would you handle a player who is being disrespectful or breaking the rules?
I would assess the situation calmly and apply appropriate sanctions based on the severity of the broken rule. 
For example, if a player is using abusive language or cursing in public chat, I would issue a temporary mute in accordance with the staff guidelines.
and dealing with a player suspected of using X-Ray cheats I will observe and understand the situation to be sure with my judgment  to ensure no one is wrongly punished, and to confirm the charge with proof before issuing a ban.

The following are not allowed:
  • Using multiple accounts without staff approval.
  • Using hacked clients or unfair modifications.
  • Abusing glitches, bugs, or exploits.
  • Using macros that provide an unfair advantage.
  • Using exploits to avoid punishments.
Allowed modifications may include:
  • Performance improvements (such as OptiFine or Sodium).
  • Visual enhancements such as shaders.
If your account is lost or compromised, contact staff instead of creating another account.
Using alternate accounts to avoid punishments may result in all involved accounts being punished.
Exploits and Glitches
The following terms describe unfair advantages:
Skip: Any method used to avoid playing part of intended content.
Shortcut: Any method that bypasses the creator's intended way of completing content.
Exploit/Glitch: Any abuse of game mechanics, commands, items, or unintended features.
All exploits should be reported to staff immediately.
Players must not:
  • Use exploits to gain advantages.
  • Hide discovered exploits.
  • Abuse connection methods to avoid damage or gameplay consequences.
4. No Griefing, Stealing, or Lag Creation
Players may not intentionally damage the server or other players' experiences.
Examples include:
  • Destroying another player's builds.
  • Flooding areas with water or lava.
  • Stealing from protected or personal areas.
  • Creating machines or setups designed to lag the server.
  • Abusing entities to cause performance issues.
5. No Punishment Evasion
Players may not attempt to bypass punishments.
This includes:
  • Using another account to avoid a ban.
  • Helping another player evade punishment.
Punishment evasion will result in stronger penalties.
6. World-Specific Rules Apply
Some worlds, events, or challenges may have additional rules.

Helpers are expected to answer player questions, assist new members, provide guidance when needed, and follow all server rules, community guidelines, and staff expectations. Their primary role is to create a welcoming and helpful environment for everyone.
Do Helpers have a required schedule or minimum hours?
No. Helpers are only expected to remain reasonably active within the community. There are no fixed schedules or required weekly hours, but prolonged inactivity may result in the role being reviewed.
Can I play normally while I'm a Helper?
Absolutely! Helpers are regular players and are encouraged to enjoy the server just like everyone else. However, any staff-related information or reports they encounter must remain confidential and should never be used for personal advantage.
What are the requirements to become a Helper?
To apply, you should:

  • Be active and verified on our Discord server.

What do you look for in Helper applications?
When reviewing applications, we consider several factors, including:
  • Your behavior and attitude in-game and on Discord.
  • Your punishment history.
  • Your activity within the community.
  • Your communication skills.
  • Your willingness to help others.
  • Your maturity and ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
We may also consult current staff members regarding their experiences with applicants.
I've received warnings or punishments before. Can I still become a Helper?
Yes. Having previous warnings or punishments does not automatically disqualify you.
We consider the severity of the offense, how long ago it occurred, how often you've been punished, and whether you've shown improvement since then.
Do I need to know current staff members to be accepted?
No. Being friends with staff members will not improve your chances, and not knowing anyone on the staff team will not hurt them. Every application is reviewed fairly based on its own merits.
Why do I need to be active on Discord?
Discord is one of our primary communication platforms. We want Helpers to be familiar with our community, communicate respectfully, and represent FragPixel both in-game and on Discord.
Do I have to become a Moderator later?
Not at all. Becoming a Moderator is completely optional. Many Helpers choose to remain Helpers, and that's perfectly fine.
How do I become a Moderator?
Most Moderator applicants are expected to first serve as a Helper. This allows us to evaluate their activity, judgment, communication skills, and ability to assist the community before considering them for the moderation team.
